what fluids in my new (second hand) 100

Post by Rough60 »

Hi all,
Picking up a 99 standard van deisel with aftermarket turbo (not sure what brand, will post tomorrow if it's important), I use all castrol product in my 60 but will be changing to HPR diesel next change cause it's a bit thicker. Whats recomended for my 100 series, 210000 kms, regular services, and very well maintained, I know the owner of the truck and he bought it from new.
I was thinking J Max and other castrol products for the other fluids, I'm going to change them all.
I was told that all 100/105 come with LSD rear, is this true.
Thanks alot.

Use any well known mob ( Castrol, HPR) and you should be right. I use CAT oils, but I get them at a good price. I used to use Castrol.
