Simex tread depth on JT 1's Q

Post by sudso »

Anyone know what the centre tread depth is on Jungle Trekker 1's is when they are new?

The size is 285/80/16 (or 34"x11.5")

Just wondering what % of tread I have left on mine.

cheers, sudso

i think i measured my jt2's when new and they were around 15mm.. but that was ages ago and i could be wrong.... but it might give you an idea on wear. this was for a 33x10.5r15

???
One of mine is 15mm (spare) and it's been used a bit (rotated).
Could it be that the JT 1's in 34" have a slightly deeper tread?
The others are 11mm. Guess that makes em about 60% and the spare about 95%.

Thanks guys
