Whats it worth?? 80 series...

Post by Tazz »

Hey am selling my 80 series as have recently bought a new Navara for work.
80 was only used for towing comp car, camping and going to the snow, Navara will now do all that so dont need the 80 any more.

Details are...

90 Model Factory Turbo diesel GXL, 400,000ks, Mica red (Marone).
Very good condition for its age, motor runs sweet and goes very well, very little offroading.

All mods have been done in last 3 years (since I owned it):

TJM winch bar, Dual Batteries, Snorkel, 4.5 diff ratios, lockrite front locker, part time 4wd kit, TJM Roof rack, Kaymar rear bar and tyre carrier, snorkel, 35" wrangler muddies, 15 x 10" chromies.

6" suspension kit, inc: longer break hoses, adjustable panhards, front control arms relocated from under diff to top to regain factory castor settings, (done right, drives like standard again) and quick disconnect rear sway bar..

Fully engineered in NSW..

Car is not immaculate but is in very good condition for its age and always gets comments on how nice it looks...

Just wondering what it's worth, I know its worth allot less than it would cost to build again, but not sure how little/much it is worth...

Ideas from others would be great....

Cheers,

In Darwin probably get between $15,000 and $20,000.
400,000 kays starts to look very scary.
