I am searching for a smart-looking GQ Patrol to feature on the cover of Australian 4WD Monthly. That's right! Your own pride and joy could be on the cover of your favourite 4WD magazine.

We're looking for a long-wheelbase GQ Patrol, very well set up like a touring vehicle. Please note; whilst we appreciate the multitude of hardcore Dattos out there, this time we aren't looking for a tough-as-guts rock-crawler. We're after something with a maximum of 4in lift and 35in tyres, but with all of the good gear on it. Barwork, lights, snorkel, roofrack, winch, etc, etc...

We'll need you and your vehicle for a couple of hours one morning this week for a photo shoot.

So how do you get your car on the cover of the magazine? Easy! Simply email me at brendan@4wdmonthly.com.au with a picture of your vehicle and a list of it's modifications, and if it's suitable, we'll get right back to you.

Cheers!

I'd be stoked to have my vehicle on the cover of a magazine myself personally...

I've got one, however it isn't covered in bolt on ARB bits so i spose you guys wouldn't be interested. Don't get me wrong, ARB have got some decent gear, just a little too much product placement in the mag for my liking.

cause we're doing an awesome feature about GQ v 80 Series, and it's time to put something a little retro on the cover.

in any case this might or might not be happening.

re: ARB comment, i know we've got a reputation as ARB Monthly but that's changing. I personally couldn't give a rat's whether you have an ARB bar, a TJM bar, an ECB bar, a Cheezy winch bar or if you just cable-tied your farm gate to the headlights. If it's tough it's good :)

I know where you can get a comp GQ and 80 series to put against each other, of course the GQ would kill the 80! :D

If you were in Melbourne I would be interested in having my GQ on the cover.....

It has all the bits and pieces for a tourer and my 3.5 year would be stoked to see his car on the cover......
