How illegal is it to change, swap the leaf spring from under neath the diff to above diff, gaining 6 to 8 inchs, and has anyone got photos of this done?

very early ones had the option of leaf front and i think the new ones can still come with leaf rear.

Interesting, I thought that ended with the GQs for some reason. I guess you'd only contemplate SOA if you had leaves on all four corners though.

Anyway, the answer is that it's pretty illegal. I don't believe it would be possible to get it rego'd legitimately.
