But since most Nissans here a patrols. And It would be rare for an MK/MQ to elec windows.
GQ's- Rare also. Mostly only TI trim. There werent many ST's with them.
GU- would be rare for them not to have them. All ST's and TI's have elec windows. Pretty sure thats how it was no matter what trim since back in 98. DX's dont have elec windows. And Nissan would sell more ST Patrols than any of the other Patrols.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY....

HAS Power mirrors, but the switch is mounted on the centre console facing FORWARD, so from the driver's point of view, it's all in reverse.
If I move the selector switch to the car's left, it's actually the switches right, so the RIGHT mirror is selected.
Then the movement of the mirrors themselves is also reversed.
That both makes sense if viewed from the point of view of the switch, which was probably meant to be mounted on the dash somewhere so facing the rear of the vehicle.
However what DOESN'T make sense, is the fact that the up down is also reversed. So as I adjust the mirrors the up down is opposite.
Oh and the up down doesn't work at all on the driver's mirror.

i think they are all in the centre. you just have your switch in the wrong way, pull it out and flip it over...Ezookiel wrote:89 imported Ti GQ

i have a 91 ST with elec mirrors
gq wagon now a gq ute, straight gas tb42 with a thing on the side that makes it go fast
A speed camera would have prevented that!
My Mav 93 model has door mounted mirrors, electric windows. I think you will find that after a certain year '94?? all GQ's came with power mirrors. Electric windows were an easily included or delted option but the mirrors were a different door and glass so there were no reasons to have both. ( the trays maybe the exception)killer_garden_gnome wrote:My RX Has em and doesnt even have electric windows dont ask how that work
Safari's also have em plenty of parts for them around brisbane wreckers

Same with mine 92 ST EFIShorty40 wrote:92 EFI ST
Yes power mirrors - switch on the centre console
Yes power windows - on all doors. Drivers door has all windows (inc lock out button) and central locking button.

Oh, mine also has the leccy windows, but have had to replace the power window regulator on 3 of those windows in the year I've had it.
But then it was an easy job, and reasonably cheap from a wreckers.
One I ordered just with an "enquiry form" at a wreckers website, and had on the doorstep a day or two later.
Seems to be a common issue on some of them though.
