hello,
my 1.3 blew up, bought a 1.6 8 valve.
the 1.6 i bought was pretty much a block and inlet manifold, so there was alot of fucking around to get the new engine preped...

its all in now just put the 1.6 dizzy on last night...

my problem is... there is no spark, i have hooked everything up correct.. all the wires are where they should be. but still no spark, my dizzy works and my coil also works....

i have no idea what to do!!!

please help!!!

Carb i am guessing? U getting fuel down there

also check the timing by hand, could be 180deg or worse out not getting it to spark.

If there is spark at all, but no action, what Nic said about the dizzy.

Your cam rotates 2x crank speed.
