Can anyone tell me if the drive shafts used on military Defenders are the same as civilian defenders? I know some things were altered for military vehicles, were drive shafts one of them?
Thanks,
Sean.

Drive shaft Question.

AFAIK they were the same.
And they were not defenders, they are Perenties (or one-tens) - even though the last batch were built in the mid 90's.
They had lots of minor engine mods (mostly electrics), T-case mods, body and chassis mods, and heavier duty front diffs and axles (6x6 models), but the rest is pretty standard One-Ten.

I knew they were called Perenties. Named after a lizard.
