If you going to use a hilux engine mount make sure you use the outer part(shell) which you don't have in the pic run it vertical with the chassis or 45 it. I wouldn't mount it flat i'd be thinking it'll rip alot from the torque.

Can't tell from the pics, do you have a double cardan? If not the flange on the transfere case output must be parallel to the flange on the diff. Universals do not transmit a constant rotational speed, unlike a C/V joint, the tailshaft accelerates and decelerate with every 90 degrees of rotation, it is important that the angle under the output uni is the same as the angle above the diff pinion or tailshaft vibration will occur.

Its between idle and 1500rpm that its getting the vibration. After u get over 1500 its managable.
