G'day Guys
Another option is something in between like the 5.14:1 Rockcrawler gears
that Gonads & I import from Calmini in the US.
These are available from Overkill & M&M (Gonads) in Sydney, Brawn 4x4 in Melbourne, ) and ABT 4x4 in Canberra. 4.16 and 6.5 are also available.
Cheers Sean

With 31's I would get 5.14
S3 will make the thing rev its head off

That is an option
What are the specs on your zook?
How many Ks?
Lockers?
Probably after something a bit more standard and neater (ie not rolled
). But we may consider it.
Paul.
Who cares about the spec's when it out wheel's the Hilux.....
Narr just jokes. I understand where your coming from with the neater bit.
RUF ome 35 lift
extended shackles
2" body lift
S3
Long range tank
175000 km with rebuilt head last year
new starter last year
custom 15x8 rims
33x12.5 mtr's
extended brake lines
92 model WT
open diffs
No carpet ATM, but have them in my shed
genie extractors
back seat, not in atm
over head console
CD...not that great though.
But yes it does have dent's and it does drive like a pig. I drove it to bunbury thursday night, and perth last night without any drama.
Is your mate still interested as well? I forgot to PM ya back sorry.
I'm in no rush to sell as I don't have any cash to buy another car....damn uni fee's
Hmm its definatly an option.
Dewse would you have any idea if your mods would be engineerable?
The cops down here in Manji take great pleasure in their hobby that is stickering cars
.
Maybe when we are in Perth for the weekend in a couple of weeks we could take a look at it.
Paul.
No it's not engineerable, wouldn't be worth it I don't think.
Yeah the mandurah cops love stickering cars, even brand new manaro's!!!!! But for some reason they have never bothered me. I've had them go over the car at night but weren't concerned. I had a fright the other day when I was driving in a car park the turn their lights on and weaved through some traffic. we meet at a give way sign where they had to give way to me but they put their had up to stop so I did and they pulled in front and booked the car in front of me. I suppose you just gotta drive sesable so they don't have a reason to pull you over. I don't care though if they sticker it, sure it will be a pain but thats life!

rbzook - I'm running 32's and at 100 ks via my speedo I am doing 114 and sitting on 4700rpm
Hopefully the 33's will bring it back a bit more.

Note that these are a complete kit.
Actually there's all 4 gears in the Rockhopper set.
If you want some cheap and nasty bearings to use on your new gears you'll have to go somewhere else, we wont sell them. Providing third rate tiawanese bearings isn't something to boast about.

My calmini gear set came with genuine Suzuki counter shaft & bearings, sealed in suzuki packaging with original part numbers, nothing cheap and nasty or missing with calmini gear sets

Liam as I have fitted the Calmini gearsets and they do come with genuine seals , bearings and shaft. Before you go bagging a competitor maybe you should look into it first and your big on sueing everyone for slander or miss representation of your products I am sure you don't want to end up on the other end.
If you are confident in your product comments like that aren't really necessary.
