Cheapest = Redril spring perches and get an adjustable draglink
Better Way = Rear springs up front, dropped hangers, dropped shackles, redrill perches, crossover steering. This will get you better steering, more articulation, and all the clearence you need as well as fixing some issues that Mr Toyota didn't along the way.

my old 4 runner with redrilled perches and 2" springs no body lift cleared a 35" BFG i tried on no rubbing
