I've got 31in MT/Rs with about 500kms on them. I just measured where the outer tread block begins down the sidewall to the top section of the lug. Not the highest part of the lug but where its lower edge is where it then curves up and over the tyre.
If that's the measurement you're talking about then mine measure 73mm.
