When you intially drive off they will bump around from the flat spot but after a couple of minutes they go round again and the balance is fine. In terms of vibration, they will always vibrate at low speeds due to the design of the tread pattern. Mud tyres do this also.
I dont know if you need JT2's for that type of trip. They use a lot of fuel, don't handle as well as a muddie and will wear relatively quickly loaded on the highway. I have not been up there, though would have just run a muddie, MTR etc personally.

i borrowed a mates 34s and sounded like a 747 coming down the runway compared to mtrs.....i could believe how loud and handled like shit - granted probly werent balance 100%.... i swore never to drive on road with them.....
and noise and handling doesnt usually concern me....
just my experience
