here is mine.

The 2 main rails are 150 x 50 x 5mm RHS
The front and side rails are 100 x 50 x 3mm RHS
The back is 150 x 50 x 5mm RHS
The rails that the checker plate bolts to are 50 x 25 x 1.5mm or 3mm (I added more and only had 3mm)
Checker plate is 2mm alloy, used 2 sheets and its very costly stuff.
Bars are 50 x 3.25mm (from memory) and there are about 2.5 lengths.

Battery setup at front of tray. With enough room left in front of them for a tray mounted radiator if I need to later on.

Like my work boots

About half the weight of my old one. Without the bar work on it 1 person can lift it. Add the weight of your exo to your tray then re weight it.

The rear section of my tray is comprised of a cut down propriatry alloy tray (say 15kg) and one length of 32NB 4mm wall pipe for the surrounds say (say another 20kg). If you want to include the B pillar then add another 15kg. Yours would be double that! I know how heavy 150x50x5mm is ;)

If you can lift yours, then you must be poppin 'roids!

Sorry I just saw that you were talking with the barwork removed.

Although with my barwork removed, you can pick up the tray and throw it!
