maggot, mate just curious what the roll bars are wrapped in? they look great? are they weather proof? how scratch resistant are they? idea of costing? where it got done?....don't want to be pushy but would love to do my D90 cage in similar stuff...

It's just padded marine vinyl. Got done up here in the Bay.

The rubber flares let it down a little.
Have you considered a set of the Dakar fibreglass flares. Very neat and integrate well.
If I go for bigger wheels I'll use them on my Dakar.

Yep, they are zippered, I will see if I can find out the cost.

I haven't seen them, do you have a pic of some? Idea of cost?

The bushie wheel arches are moulded a little different to the dakar, but the Dakar flares may still fit (I don't know for sure).

Have never had thornbirds. I had 37" MTR when I had 100s diffs, but got rid of them when I changed diffs as I need bigger dia wheels.

Yep - crap tyre until they are airred down to 2 psi. Then they start chewin mud. Boggers are way better but. Any reason why you asked or just outta curiosity?
