I'd build one of these if I was keen for another paneled vehicle.
2007 JK Wrangler 2.8 turbo diesel
5.5" Rubicon Express long arm lift kit
Teralow 4:1 t/case gears
D60's front and rear 5.36 gears w/ ARB lockers
Custom roll cage
Warn front and rear bar w/ tyre carriers
17" TR beadlocked wheels
37" BFG Krawlers
Some panel modification to allow the tyres to flex

next in the pipeline for me is another zook buildup.
cheap qld rego'd sierra
shaved lux diffs locked 4.88 longs
v6 commo t700 dual lux transfers
cut the thing in half behind the doors
tube the crap out of it
sway aways 4 link rear 3 link front
100" wb
37" creepys
esky in the back
QLD registerred trailer queen under 7k
and wheel the piss out of it.

hmm
i would get a l300 4wd van sas it put in a 3.2 d.i.d motor. plus a superselct transfer with reduction gearing. a-frame rear with pajero rear diff 80 series front, complete internal roll cage and huge guard chop and probly run 37's.

I'd love to Dan, you've done a great job on your vit, it's the sort of quality of workmanship i'd like to achieve with my next build.
Unfortunately the vehicle would have to have QLD rego to start with so i can just keep it up to date but not drive it on the street, like they do with the Mog.
