Yeah they are going great. Really need to put a set of ARB lockers on soon though. Just about to get a double cardon shaft made for the rear to get rid of little viabration.

eh easy fix. Will need the stonger nissan diffs when next engine is fitted. Great not having to worry about breaking em like the rover ones.

Ash - I have lost track - do you still have 2 rangies or just one now?

I think a 35-spline salisbury rear and an 80-series front would be a good combo - if I can find a way to do it without having to carry 2 different spares (or using too many one-off parts)...

G'Day Ben,

No I still have 2, the dark blue one with the 4BD1 in it and the toy diffs, and the light blue one with the 350 chev and one day nissan diffs..

As far as the toy and sals, I would go gq front and sals for ease of conversion, and just make up 1" spacers for one of the hubs with the right PCD for the other wheels. The you could choose to run them all the time or just when you had a flat on the wrong axle

Yep just angled steel Drew had previously done... seems solid enough though so haven't bothered having another made... will take a couple pics tonight.

Hi Mike,

I didnt do that very muddy one. I did quite a few of the blacks but I was slightly wary that I had a 300+ mile drive home and needed to go to work the next morning in it! I was there with my girlfreind for a nice weekend as opposed to a risk my car on an event weekend!, so I did avoid a few.
(coward hey!!)
I will be there next year. I thought it was really good. I may be in a more extreme 90 (current project) tho as I am considering selling the blue one.

you going again?

ill be going again,by the end of the day i was knackered & needing a set of solenoids for the winch as they had melted again, got some funny looks when i turned up to work on the monday with it covered from top 2 bottom in mud,

still got mud in the dash just now thinking about it,was a great idea at the start of the day to take the door tops off but after that it was as muddy inside as outside
