Heard only top 4 placings last night:

so far:

1st Hoon/Birdy
2nd Mike Smith/ Darren Green
3rd Trent Leen / The Newlyweds
4th Rohan / Sandy (apparently they're waiting on a dispute for a 'so called' dnf they got on the first day, which they weren't told about until they got their results that night). could move them up one spot if it is wrong.

awsome weekend, pity about some of the rollovers good for the crowd but never good for the bank account.

thanks to all the compeditors for keeping the envious crowd pleased with an awsome show, and thanks to the organisers for such a spectator friendly event (although a winch line to haul my fat arse back up the hill would be a welcome addition for next year :D )

Will be back next year for sure to support this great event! Great company, picturesque countryside, great trucks, what more could you ask for!

now to find the panadol....... :drinking:

well done all who competed!

What another great weekend!!!!!

We went last year also and I've gotta say I reckon it was better than that. More vehicles and more carnage, and a lot of great driving. Watching that Black Landy driving the winch wall was awesome. It's great to see most of the guys competing not afraid to use the loud pedal and give it all they've got. Diffs, Axles, CV's and Uni-Joints were blowing apart left right and centre. Pretty much all the cars were looking very second hand by the end of the comp with the trees taking there toll on the body work of the vehicles also.

Was great to catch up with you BIGCAM and URBAN REDNECK. Hopefully will see you guys there next year, and if I ever catch up with the pricks who keyed my Patrol at the Omeo Pub I will hand them over to my Fiance Karlie. She reckons she will woop there ass that hard there teeth will fall out. She was not a happy camper that morning but is OK now.

The biggest highlight of the day has got to be the big endo of the Red SWB Patrol into the Yellow SWB. Would have been a very scary moment there for the team. Thankfully no one was hurt but they were unable to continue. I was lucky enough to catch it all on the camera and have uploaded it onto YouTube.

Have a look. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UEGN9kvlmTA

See you all again next year. Can't wait already.

Phil and Karlie.

Benny can have my spare LWB Shell if he wants to rebuild. Hated to watch that. You can see how easy it happened.

Come close to that in my old 90 b4.
