[quote="mattc"]Update - not a very exciting video but it runs under its own power. I still have a binding brake issue to look at and needs a tune up but feels like making some progress.....and it has seats now!

Hi Gary,
If you get a set of 13" Alfa / fiat rims, then there is an ebay seller usually advertising a set of 4 retread 175 70R13 mud tyres - looks like it might be the old Toyo mud and snow pattern????
I have never found anything road legal mud type in 12" in Australia. On the Haflinger forum you will find people getting there hands on implement tyres etc as I don't think you can get the original Semperit tyres any more.

Mine has Fiat 14" rims on it with Hankook M+S tyres on it. I can get Maxxis muddies for these but I think they might be a bit tall.
I might put some tractor tyres on the 12" for use in the short distance heavy offroad stuff.

Let me know what you find - a lot of the ATV tyres are too wide for the rims or too much $ (and not sure they would handle the weight). My best option so far is small bobcat tyres - Bearcat in Sydney was the best price by far when I was looking.
Cheers
