The reason i swaped was because off weight and practicality.
The hilux chassie is heaps heavier than the zuk, the zuk cab is heaps heavier than the hilux one, which meant my creation was uberheavy.

I would have had to spend 4-6k on the suspension for the zuklux, and the new one alredy has spring over with lux diffs, 4age, ect.... I would also like to do a few trips and wouldnt have been able to sneak by the cops in the ute.
I will be extending the wheelbase also, but first i have to remove the LR bootyfab fueltank (free if anyone in perth wants it)

debating wether to chop it into a ute and have a sort of bobbed exo rear.
I wouldnt mind doing it in the yankee style, big flares, 36" boggers, full cage, basically overkill on everything. Have to fix the transfer mounts that have snapped first, and re-do some dogy bootyfab by the previous owner, then its full steam ahead. Picked up some beadlocked rims and more 34" JT2's, will fit them and the warn winch i got laying around in the next few weeks.
