yeah I've got an update!

I've changed my mind again! haha
I would like to do a rego vitara with the motor and diff swap, but with babies and moneys I cant afford the time and money to put into a rego car!

so I have decided to go down the path of a truggy. Stupid me sold the LWB sierra for $500 with all the spare doors and front clip ect.
so I'm keeping an eye out for a sierra or vit that has a cab, doors, front clip and chassis! basically looking for someone like me who is selling a project car for cheap!
I have bush across the road to fang around in! I'm aiming for a fast and stable rock crawler. I'd like to do tuff truck again and the king of the rim at this stage!

on the motor side of things. its sitting on the garage floor on a home made engine holding device! all bolted together attempting to start it!
its not going yet. no spark and possibly no injector pulse. but I'm yet to look at injectors.
I got a new ecu for it, the one I had was an auto for an s15, which has different pinouts!
I worked out that when the high pressure fuel line blows and a bosch 044 is pushing the fuel, that it certainly can pump some fuel! I had a spark plug out checking for spark against the manifold at the time! haha, luck there was no spark!

I'm keen as, but it wont be a fast build! its been a few years already! but the pressure of not having to keep it regoed and if it breaks then it can sit in the garage until I save my money. also means I can go as hard as I want, because I dont have to drive it to work!

thats about it.
sorry to disappoint!

doing this at present with s14 sr20de and 5spd
running no jackshaft just a flange machined to the g/box yoke and mounted rather solidly to the t-case. no more pics for the next few weeks getting married

by short stuff
will that work or will it get bad drive line vibrations and start leaking oil through the output seal

iam bracing the g/box and transfer together as one to hopefully eliminate those issues

i think that will work a treat with it solidly mounted via braces to the box it will be just like any other 4b without a divorced transfer
