I dare say there wont be any set wiring diagrams for after market spotties. Best bet would be take it to a sparky, and pony up dough, cant be more than $100 or so at a guess :? . OR just wing it. Its not that hard, unless you want them to be wired up to the standard lights so they only turn on when the switch is on, AND high beam is selected.

If you want to just have an on/off switch and forget about wiring it to high beams all you need is fuse and relay, or even just a fuse I think  Red wire from + on battery, to fuse, from the fuse to a switch, from the switch to lights. Then just ground from the lights to somewhere on the chassis :D Look for a discrete hole in the firewall to run wires through - Should be some already there for stock wires, try and avoid making new ones.

DISCLAIMER - I know some smart arse wizz bang sparky dude will post up in the near future picking holes in my above plans, but this fella posted over a week ago and no one else has helped so BITE ME :D

Do you have a loom that came with the lights?

you should be able to just follow the instructions supplied.

I think no-one has replied as this topic has been discussed many times.
try searching for it. failing that just plead a bit more and someone should help.

I think we need more info though.... are you making your own loom or do you have one? If all you need to know is which wires to hook into on the car just set on it with a test light, if you're not happy doing this you shouldnt really be fitting them yourself. It's not worth burning your car to the ground for the sake of $100 or so.

Go to your local library, they should have a workshop manual . Wiring diagramm in back for standard lights. Check colour coding of wires and away you go,BUT if you are not electrically minded,I would pony up the cash as the guys above have stated,Cheers Paul.

I work at a toyota dealership and spotties are a option, u can chose ipf narva hella, u pick we fit. we just wire them like a normal set of spotties, pickup off hibeam wire to a switch in cab, from switch to relay, bat power to relay to the lights and run the earth back to the batt or eng. follow the destructions with the lights and u cant go wrong
