couldnt tell ya price, but stainless is def the go, or a flavourless plastic with a chequerplate bashplate protecting it (drill a patern of hole in the plate to let mud and shit out, but not to close together...)

I am currently getting a 42L water tank made up of 2mm Stainless here in Adelaide, it's an internal water tank though to suit a wedge void between the rear seats and a draw system.

So far the quotes have been from $935 to $1300+!

Opted with $935 ($850+GST)

I have a wedge shaped one (wide at bottom, uses seat mount bolts, narrow at top, with filler) that fits behind the middle row seats against cargo barrier.. think its 60ltrs.. very kewl but doesnt fit the GU :(

going cheap... :)

I was thinking about making one up(got heaps of 2mm staino at work) but the biggest problem I can think of is cleaning the inside of the tank after welding. I'm thinnking about putting it under the passenger side floor - mounted to the chassis. Has anyone got a pic of one of these on an 80 series?

Thats ok I have mine being made to suit a very custom fit, attaches to the end of a Black Widow drawer system and half cargo barrier, allows seats in or out without using the seat bolts as these are also used for a twin level custom storage system that replaces the rear seats as required (similar to Black Widow design)
