Magellan GPS problem

Having trouble with software, downloading into SD card & accessing info comes up with error & or corrupt message. Also trying to read & download track history from same ends with same message. Using MapSend CD rom 32mb card Magellon FX324C plotter good fast laptop. Hmmmmm not doing what salesman said it was capable of, am waiting for a reply from Magellan but thought someone may have solved this for themselves. Thanks. :?:
