Hey mate,
you get em from marks adapters.
They are about 190 bucks for GQ's/GU's and you can switch em depending on what tyres you run. ie offroad run 35's on road 33's.
I actually have on of these that I never fitted to my gq and then I sold the truck so I still have it in the original bag.
you could have it for 150 bucks delivered to ya door if you want one a bit cheaper than new. (as I said it has never been fitted and still in original packaging) I can put it through work if need be so you could use ya card if necessary.
Cheers
Brian

If the speedo is electric then you can get a kit from Jaycar for about $50

The GQ run a 2 Wire VSS Induction unit, The Marks one works a treat and is pretty much plug and play.
It connects to the existing Nissan Wiring Loom and all you need on top of that is an earth and a Power.
Have to drill a 25mm hole in the transmission tunnel (i drilled a 22mm and it worked better IMO) which is sealed up by the supplied grommet around the loom.
The manual comes with settings for common tyre sizes so it really is easy as to install.

I got mine done by auto sparkie. They set it and provided a cert to say so. Cost under $100.
