1. Maybe mid mount the winch?
2. Will fit in a sierra engine bay, have done it before
3. Perhaps a thermo fan with an over ride switch?

Will the water pump be good enough.

Just try it and see, if it doesn't add the extra pump.

Be mindful that a rear mounted radiator adds the extra power (electricity) draw of the thermo almost all of the time, even when on the highway. Potentially also the draw of the electric pump. You'll need a VERY good alternator and battery system.

That said, i have a rear mount radiator in my Hilux.

Easiest way is to mid mount the winch and run a thermo on your radiator.
