disc brake conversion

hello i want to do a disc brake conversoin on the rear of my hilux but am unsure what parts people use to do this and if there is a kit for such a conversion

I know it's in the states but it looks simler to a falcon calliper and you can see bracket set up

A guy I knew a few years ago fitted up some pajero gear up on the back of his lux! he was happy with it!
