Have searched but nothing specific came up.
Have a 100amp alternator out of a GU deisel, it has a single larger diameter pulley. GQ alternator is on the opposite side of the motor so plug sockets are in the wrong spot but wires still reach, it has two smaller diameter pulleys it is 70 amp.
To swap over the GU alt should I swap the pulleys over as well

I woud love to replace my 70amp Hitachi alternater with something rated higher.
Doesn't the deisel alternator have an oil pump on the rear of them though?
