Landrover factory extended breathers work well, though they require some 'persuasion' to get the British thread into the diff housing.

Other than that just take the stock breather down to your local hydraulics/air store and match the thread up to a barbed fitting and buy some hose.

I just went to pirtek and bought at straight 1/4"/6mm barb fitting with a 1/8 BSPT IIRC thread to fit in, and used some high temp airline that i bought from Bunnings at 10c/meter when they were selling up.... all up cost me less than $20 for the whole lot, front and back... at the rear i bought the same fitting but a 90° so it didnt stick up.

The breather line at the front is pressed hard up against the sump, i have checked it several times (every oil change plus when ever i stick my head under) and it hasnt melted or changed colour.

Getting the fitting into the front diff is a bit tricky, i used a small ring spanner and patientenly tightened it up.. be careful not to shear the brass fitting tho!

You could also undo the 3 bolts holding the diff housing to the chassis to give yourself more room.
Cheers,
Dan.

Got mine extended front and rear for $5.

Some oil resistant hose and a couple of fittings a few cable ties and 10 mins work and finished.
Some surfs with the underslung aircon are a bitch to work around...surfs owners know this LMAO @ you poor buggers

we used to service generator's throughout wa outback and forever going through river crossings, we used to raise the breathers right up and use a common in-line fuel filter on the end of extended hose, worked well
