Damd I hope I got the spelling ok. After much tears and heartace the bugger is back all pannels straight and gearbox fine. Now the litle beast has a realy iretatin whisel from the exhaust. How the f... do I stop this it is driving me crazy. it is so loud that it kill te sound comming from the ram pod. Any sugestions will be appreciated.

Sounds like the old cracked manifold trick. Check under the heat shield. Then go buy a set of extractors.

Thats a posibility but I have an extractor. Its about a month old so I realy hope you are wrong.

Mine was making a noise like that a few years ago. The guy at the exhaust shop said it was a collapsed baffle in the muffler. It must have been cause he replace only the muffler and the noise was gone.

still have original cat but bave changed to 2"from there onwards its all stainless so the chanses of a faulty mufler is rather slim. I had a look under the bonet and my oxi sensor mount has a white rim on one side so it might be leaking from there.
