tyre in boot

Post by scorpion »

We did look at a 96 model jeep and we saw the wheel mounted on the back door basicaly the wheel is put on a after market wheel bracket attached to the bumper and chasis. You open that to the side and then open the boot can be a bit of a hassle to get in and out of the boot though. You could buy a roof basket and put your tyre in that for $189 at super cheap. Does the same thing or go to TJM they seem to know alot about jeeps and have helped me out with my jeep and they are not that pricey either. Hope this helps.
