Hi all
I have an 89 GQ patrol SWB TD42 with standard diff ratios (4.1),
Its been lifted and im running 35's, but it runs a bit slow taking off and cruising with the rev range all changed,
Just wondering what diff ratios others are running to get a bit more oomph out of her, do i go higher or lower?
P,S turbo is on the way soon if that helps.

ratio query
wait till the turbo is in see how you like it then decided you can up grade to 4.3 4.6 i think thats it
but if it sees the high way most of the time and the turbo finds enough power to compansate what your lost then leave it most do, an altanative is gear reduction in your transfer to help crawl speed of road and i think it reduces your high range to a fraction it does in sierras any way
