What sort of dollars am i looking at for a set, and what sort of change
in power would i be getting? Would a new filter need to be fitted? if so whats the best filter to use?

Power increase will be very minimal. The engine will rev freer tho. No filter will have to be changed?

I scored a second hand set for $80, new will set you back $250. Just make sure there for the correct model (45, 60 series etc) as the extractors are different for the same engine.

I had a set on my 75. It definitely produced more torque high in the rev range and seemed to rev more smoothly, but i found it actually had less just off idle (where i like it) - to the point the car could be a PITA to get off the line.
