4wding - What have you been up to?

Post by Westoztroopa »

Been pretty quiet around here so I thought I'd start this one.

So where has everyone been wheeling their Isuzus lately? Coupla pics if possible too... :D

I went over to Collie with a few friends last weekend and had a great time. Great 4x4ing with some good hillclimbs and a tricky water crossing (got stuck for the first time in ages).

Bit of front articulation shown here... (a bit) :D

I guess it wouldnt have been quite so embarassing if it was another Isuzu that dragged you out.
Hope that thing in front of you went AROUND the hole :!:

Actually the 2 Hilux's were the first to go through. The Hilux's had gone across and back once. Then the Paj with 33s went across and back and tried to go through again and couldnt. All this before I had my go so it was well and truly churned up by the time I had my go. The Hilux had to go around a different way to snatch me out.

Anyway most of us had a go at being rescued as you can see... :D

Yep some great spots on the coast south and west...
I'm thinking the one South of Pemberton was either Warren beach or Yeagerup???
Is definately great down there and pretty isolated too.

In fact you've inspired me to post some pics from my xmas/NY break...

Anyone else get offroad over the break?

Here in the UK we don't have as many places to go wheeling, but if you look hard you can find some good stuff.
