Quick question for anyone who might know- is the gearbox behind a 2.8 atmo diesel pajero the same as the gearbox behind the 2.8 atmo triton?
Just asking as I have found a company that sells new gearboxes for the 2.8 atmo pajero and the gearbox in my 99 triton is on the way out. I prefer to replace with a new gearbox than reconditioned and it is only around $200 more than most places want for a reco gearbox.
