Deep cycle battery - N70 size/100-120aH

Post by slowhilux »

I need a deep cycle battery for our camper trailer that is currently being built. It has to be N70 sized and around the 100-120aH mark. It will be charged in parrallel with the 2nd battery in the truck, for simplicity sake, and when 240v power is available, will be charged with a Ctek charger. this is for an upcoming "working" holiday around Australia.

So who is using what, and what wouldnt you use?

Fullriver AGM - 120AH is just a bit bigger in all directions than N70. 100AH is same size or just smaller. Love mine. Good reports overall.
www.renewablestore.com.au is the cheapest by far.

I put a 100Ah AGM cell in the back of my Suzi. Runs winch for 3 - 4 times longer than lead acid 650cca N70Z. No leaks either.. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. ... I would suggest using a dual battery controller though.
