Lower rear arms.

Just wondering whos running after market lower rear arms and what sort?
With the new coils in they are obviously more exposed to hits so looking at getting some more beefy and adjustable to bring the pinion back a bit.
Aslo genuine or aftermarket bushes?

I have upper and lower Adjustable Arms. They are the Snake HD ones, they can be adjusted on the car and for my use suit me fine..

i use 3rds rear arms but fixed lowers and adjustable uppers ,adjustable lowers are more prone to damage from rocks as the adjusters trend to come loose when belted on the ground repetedly

ive got adjustable snake ones (lower) and going to get some uper ones eventually

3rd's non adjustable lowers.... and adjustable uppers.

I've picked some stupid lines and belted them to the sh@#house on quite a few solid rocks.. stumps and the like. Also had the car stolen and thrashed for a month... they still look like new.

i modified my std lowers, added 18mm and strengthened them with a piece of 3mm 90degree steel both below and on top. fixed my pinion angle and have not been able to bend em so far. cost me a whole $8 bux in steel

uppers remain std.

he does them, very good, uses superflex bushes, which have lasted very well and flex even better than the nissan ones weve run.

solid lower, with bracing and adjustable uppers. or get them made to the length you need and never have to think about the adjustable nuts coming loose again.

ive seen the snake HD lower adjustables bent on a not so hard hit. but the 3rds solids went straight over

hey chunder we don't use superflex bushes. They are good ones but. Have a higher durometer in the rubber so a bit harder but still flex the same as std.
Just last longer and help with torque twist.

We can make em however you want em though.

Generally we will use 6mm wall mecaval (hard!) and can put strongbacks on em but this is really not necessary. I would like to see proof otherwise but as far as I am aware we have not been told of anyone bending em.

We also have a long arm kit available if you are interested.

We relocate the lower mounts further up the chassis and put in a custom long arm (approx 300mm longer than std)

Makes the patrols climb 100% better among other things. All but stops that bounce when your climbing hills rocks etc. AWESOME

oh well, whatever they are they flex good and are lasting in a car that flexxes till the bushes bind on a regular basis
