What jets and power valve

Just put a 350 holley onto my 3F cruiser, its got 45 powervalve with 60 jets and its rus like shit. Any suggestions on what size to run.
What did the Holley come off? Im guessing something with a large camshaft as the 45 power valve opens at a higher vacum than standard.
THe std power valve should be a 65 and as for the jetting have you pulled a plug and checked if it is rich? It may have a air leak somewhere causing the running crap, also check the adapter for air leaks.
