I think you will find that line "C" on the sierra chassis is actually the breather - it doesn't have a barb on either end and is only designed for vapour.

the smallest hard line is actually the return.

I have had no flow problems that I am aware of set up this way with the vitara pump in my car.

I got this wrong when I dropped the 660 in my car, hooked the return to the vapour.

The GV tank you have is set up a little different to an EFI vitara tank, but I think your assumptions on what hose goes where are correct.
