compress the cylinder with air, or place rope in the cylinder with a bit hanging out wind cylinder up, so valve doesn't drop, and with spring compressor remove collet and retainers, etc.
It will be r/r cams, buckets, shims and springs to get to the seals. You will probably need the right tool to remove the valve collets as well. Just make sure everything stays in order and you cant loose.
OR, you can take off the head, give it me and ill get it done for you.
