You need top hat liners, that way they won't slip down.

If its a 3.5 surely it would be more cost efective to just get another block ? plenty of 3.5's around.

Just get a 4.6 block and then reslieve that. ;)

I only know a couple of places that do it and the only one I would recommend is Les Richmond. Probably closest to you as well.
It is going to cost you plenty though. I was looking at getting my 4.6 done (just in case) and it is about $2k

Its rare for 3.5's to have liner problems and for $500 or less i would just get another 3.5 block and have it tested before rebuilding.

yeah a just in case $2k resleeve is out of the question so might just wack a new set of rings and bearings in and go from there

how is rings and bearings going to help a loose liner problem?

well its not exactly loose sleeves but they are slightly worn, so two options either get them honed or resleeved, or stuff it and just get new rings

Have them measured to check ovality, and that will decide for you.
If it is high mileage you will probably find worn ring lands anyway, so 20 thou overbore and new pistons would be the go.
