i did this today. used a hairdryer to help get the stickers off. after that i soaked a rag with turps and wiped it over the panels. then used a plastic gyprok spatula to scrape it off, but the spatula scratched the paint when it dug in in the corners, fingernails also helped.

I can vouge for the SuperCheap Wax and Grease Remover!!! I just had the pleasure of removing the entire 10yo sun-baked-on sign writting from my old work van
Razor blade might help but be careful of the paint and your fingers lol
Try and wear gloves of some descrption, it dries your skin out quite badly!
PS Rubber gloves melt in an instant!

Petrol works well.
CRC CO Contact Cleaner will easily get rid of tough '3M' sticky-ness.
(bonus: its also food safe)

Petrol worked the best for me too, got it off in no time. Tried wax remover but very slow.
Years ago i removed the stickers from a 60 i had using prepsol. That really got it off fast. As Mud Club said ..polish after.....then ya free to scratch the shit out of it in the bush...
