75Series Troopy Transfer Case Problem

Post by DGS4WD »

Hey all, im hoping someone can help me with a problem my uncle has with his 1994 75 Series Troopy Carrier 4.5L Manual.

His vehicle is currently engaged in 2WD and we cant select anything else, as in 4WD High, Nutral or 4WD Low. The transfer case lever is all loose/floppy. You can move it forward and backwards but its like nothing is there. Iv had a look underneath and all the linkages are connected and seem ok... something must have gone wrong inside the transfer case.?

Has anyone had this happen to them before?

Broke fork inside the t-case .. not common in my books. Try shifting t-case direct on it ( linkage out of t-case ) and see what happend ..
