Well here it is folks in a Beta version. I'm not entirely happy with some of the pics so I'll have a look at home for a few more. Still have to do a front cover too.
It is a pdf so you can print your own copies out.

What did you make it with? Got a template you wouldn't mind parting with?

I am about to put the final version up. So download it in about 30 -45 minutes. Has a cover and i changed a couple of pics.
