I wrapped me Paj!

Post by burtbunch »

Thought you all might be interested in seeing this. I am a signwriter by trade and recently decised to give the family paj a facelift. This was a red 92 NH GLS. I wrapped it in Metallic Black Vinyl and applied the Graphics. If anyone is interested in learning more you can PM me. This is a great way to protect your paintwork and maintain resale value as there is no damage to duco when it is removed.

That's a very impressive job you've done

My wife thought it was a respray !!!

What would that cost someone off the street ? roughly ? For a LWB Paj.

You mention about removing it, how is this done without damaging the duco ?

Thanks for sharing this with us :)

A little heat and a litlle care. Glue stays behind in some parts but comes off with turps. I would wrap a complete car for around $2000 depending on design and car. Can even print a design over the whole car eg: Snake skin or any graphic; Naked sheila laying down on the sand down the side of your paj. Guess then you might call it a spaj?!!!

How long did that take you to do?

Reminds me of that Lambo in Cannonball Run 2 where they hose off the white paint to reveal the real red duco underneath.
