How hard is it, whats involved in installing a pair of coil spacers. GU Patrol coiled front leaf rear.

Undo one end of your shocks. Lift the front of the car until the coils can be pulled out, and fit the spacers. Drop the front end making sure the coils seat in the right spot, then put your shocks back on. If they are lifted springs you might have to push down on your tyre to get the coil out but standard springs will just fall out.
