Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hey everyone with coil sierras.
I have just fitted a set of 5" lifted jimny coils to my 97 model sierra.What a big difference it makes I recon I could easily fitt 33" tyres or even 35s if I tried hard enough. It was an easy fit on the rear but the front needed alittle bit more elbow grease than the rear. The front coils fit on the struts fine but I will need to source longer struts,anyone got any ideas on this. I think I will have to put drive shaft spacers in as well .If anyone wants pics I can post them up on the weekend.Has anyone has got any ideas on rear control arms for alittle bit more flex .Also I was thinkng of putting on a set of 33" silverstone extreams like the simex ones and was wandering if standard axles would handle it I have no lockers and the rolling diametre is around 32" .Thanks

yea pics also i think u can get extended struts custom made from kings springs i think.

Lift height is not the coilers problem, it's everything else you have just mentioned. These are big challenges to overcome.

How's the caster? how much droop does it have? How's the bump steer?
Axle strength, roll stiffness, diff ratios, part interchangeability, have all been done to death.

You have a suspension designed for 6" of travel and you have just put 5" of lift into it. There is not one component or angle that's anywhere near it's design parameters.

ull prob need to get custom trail arms on front an back, as you will twist them out of shape an they snap, also watch the mounts on the diffs, they rip off, did u change you panards, with 2.5 inch, it was bad on mine...
