Why not just spend that little bit extra and buy the Dobbin mount?

same setup has been working on the back of the mog rover for years, I paid $60 for the nylon block that I'm using on my pos.

ok but will it handle being driven ever day

I think it would handle been driven daily, i saw my old lux a few months ago and it was still the original hitch and rubber.

However i don't think you would have any chance of it been engineered for on road use.

Glen Dobbins A frame link , fully engineerable and fully greasable joint provides all the movement you will ever need , coupled with the spherical joint which is also fully greasable and rebuildable if ever required , Cheers Paul.
