put the 75 body on the 80 chassis. all the geometry is right and the way it is designed is pretty good. either that or look at 75 cruisers build up thread. it also looks good
about 150mm higher than factory 80series mounts. makes it around as high as a 2 inch lifted 75 cruiser somehow. look good and most important looks standard.

A bloke I know who has done it had normal mounts, not sure whether they were the 75 or 80 ones. Then he did 2' lift rubber/ nylon body mounts.
yes cloughy i've finally seen the light sick of getting bounched around and spilling my beer Does anyone know who does wider guards to suit i think i've seen fibreglass ones on ere somewhere
i'm putting rangie arms and coils under my middy atm.
80 stuff would be possible. just ave to remeber that youll have about 150mm to put every thing between the chassis and the wheel
not many have done it and even less will share info.
it can be done. just some coils are bigger than others. ie. rangies are 6" round. and poootrols are 7"(i think) which would not fit between tha chassis and the wheel. following me... if not grab a tape measure and look at where every thing is meant to sit.
