1995 Holden Jackaroo Head Gasket Problems

I have noticed that my head Gasket is leaking and im just wondering has anyone changed one and whats the process involved...and how tight should it be when thightening the bolts back down......if this is any help its a 1995 jackaroo 3.1L Turbo Diesel....any help would good...thanx guys
